The My Community section of Sommos allows you to see and manage your clients and Community. You're able to filter and drill down by Client Type, Activity, Product Purchased, Client Status (new client, inactive client, etc), and more. Quickly select individual clients or groups and message them based on their status. For example, thank active class participants for recently attending a class, and remind them of an upcoming one. Select and reach out to inactive members and offer them a free class to re-engage them.
You're also able to see their contact information, lifetime revenue generated by the client, access their product purchase history, and more.
