How does Group Messaging work?

Group messaging allows you to easily connect, communicate with and build your community. You can start or access a group message through the Message icon on the top right of your dashboard.

Group Messages are also automatically created for you for your class series. When a client signs up to one of your classes, they are invited to join the Group Message for that class (if the class is part of a recurring series, for example a class that repeats every Tuesday, there is only 1 group created for all of your Tuesday classes).

Clients must accept the invitation in order to start receiving messages from this group. Under the name of the Group, you'll be able to see which clients have accepted the group DM, and which are still pending.

This is a great way to communicate updates about your class, and to spark conversation among your clients in order to create connection and belonging. Through group DMs you can also add attachments, and share your offers and product offerings.
