How do I Add a VOD (Video on Demand)?

Below is a step-by-step guide on how to create a VOD:

1. Go to https://www.youtube.com/ and login to your account.
2. Click on Your Channel on the drop down under your account avatar on the top right.
3. Click on "Content" on the left side navigation
4. Click on "Create" on the top right and then choose "Upload Videos"
5. Once you select the file from your computer and upload it, you will see a screen where you can add a title, description and other video options.
6. Click Next until you get to the final screen where you need to select the video's VISIBILITY - choose "Unlisted" and hit Save
7. Once you hit save, the video will show up on your Channel Content list
8. You can get the Shareable link by clicking on the 3 dots options next to the video
9. Take this link and add it to the Sommos create a VOD screen

If your video was created on YouTube and is Unlisted, the youtube link will work on the VOD create screen and will automatically bring in the title and description of the video so you dont have to add it again.

If you have videos that are already on YouTube, then you just have to edit them to make them "Unlisted" before you add them to Sommos. How?

1. Go to your Channel Content screen
2. Next to the video you want to edit, click on the triangle/arrow under visibility and change it to "Unlisted"
3. You can get the Shareable link by clicking on the 3 dots options next to the video
4. Take this link and add it to the Sommos create a VOD screen
