Ratings and Tips

Clients and students can show love to their instructor by leaving reviews, ratings, and tips. 

After attending a class or purchasing a product, clients will automatically be prompted to rate your class. Ratings are displayed on the Instructor’s page, visible to clients and instructors.

As an Instructor, you can also request a review (or written feedback) from clients by going to your Dashboard, and clicking on “Request a Review” under the Rating block in the Summary section. Share the link with your clients so that they can leave a positive review and help build your page on Sommos - reviews and positive word of mouth are the best forms of advertising!  Written reviews are also sent by email to the instructor. 

Another way for students to show their instructor some love is by leaving tips! Whenever a client is giving a rating or a review they are able to gift or tip their instructor. Instructors have the flexibility to turn off this feature if they wish.
